The MagnAct medical facility system is now available as a subscription for clinics and medical centres. It covers the whole path a patient takes through a practice, from arrival to the final invoice.
Built from how clinics actually run
Most practice software is an accounting package with a medical vocabulary bolted on. This was designed the other way round: around the daily sequence of sessions, services, staff and stock that a clinic already runs on.
The result is that the administrative, financial and medical sides read from the same record. A service delivered, the materials it consumed and the invoice it produced are one chain of events rather than three systems to reconcile at month end.

Control, not just record-keeping
Internal notifications keep staff and management on the same page. Every operation is written to an activity log, so a question about what happened has an answer rather than a discussion. Permissions are granted per role, which matters more than it sounds in a setting where a single shared login is still common.
Subscription and scale
It runs as an annual subscription covering the system, hosting, continuous updates and technical support. Pricing is set by the size of the facility, the number of users and the features required — a single clinic and a multi-department centre are not the same commitment, and we do not price them as though they were.
