Terms and Conditions

Booking and confirming appointments

Appointments are set with the company’s management by prior arrangement. If the client cancels an appointment 48 hours or less before the shoot, the client is charged half of the agreed session price.
The session is shot by one of the company’s photographers.

Ownership and publishing rights

The company reserves the right to use the material it produces in its portfolio or for marketing and display purposes, crediting the client it was produced for.

Revisions: The offer includes one free revision. If more revisions are requested, an additional fee is charged depending on the type of revision.

Additional revisions

So that we can serve you best, please send any revision within 3 working days of the final delivery (even if it falls under the free revision). After that, the project is considered delivered and closed.

Data retention

Final files are kept on our servers for only 30 days after delivery; we cannot guarantee keeping them beyond that period.

Moodboard

Please prepare a moodboard before the shooting session to help us define your needs; the shoot is based on it.

Session management

The client must send a representative of their team to attend the shooting session, to manage it directly, coordinate all technical and practical details with the photographer, and make sure they match the end client’s requirements. Supervising and approving the shots during the session is entirely the client’s responsibility, and our team accepts no responsibility for any request to reshoot caused by a lack of direction or follow-up from the client during the session.

Offer validity: This price offer is valid for three months from its date of issue.
After the offer period ends, prices are adjusted in a way that suits both parties.

Delivery time: The project is delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date the order is confirmed and all required materials are received.

The offer can be adjusted to the client’s wishes in line with the company’s pricing policy.

Discounts

• Booking 1 to 5 sessions within one month: 10% off the session price
• Booking 6 to 10 sessions within one month: 15% off the session price

Session length

A shooting session lasts 3 hours; if the set time is exceeded, $25 is charged for each additional hour.
